« It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or...

« The stay was comfortable but no amenities like the kitchenette or stove was provided. The curtains needed maintenance. The cushion covers were worn out. Room and bathroom was clean. Always got prompt responses from staff or manager. Can you much better. Location is good. »

« The location shared on Expedia was incorrect. the property is literally half a KM away from the location shown and had to face challenges reaching out to Homelike number as there was no response for good 2 hours. resulting in being stranded in the middle of the road for long time. Also, the pictures vs the actual room condition, there is a huge difference. »
