« Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. « Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...

« Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess. « It’s under construction, my room smelt like paint, paint all over the floors beside the bed, I could hear every word the person down the hall was speaking. They obviously were not ready for guests and the pictures they showed were not what was provided. »
