« We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly. »

« I chose this location to be in the countryside within the South Downs National Park. I was not disappointed. I could hike locally or drive a few miles for endless trails and vistas. I could also easily drive to the coast or to visit many wonderful small towns and other destinations.The Lodge was clean and comfortable and offered all I needed. »

« We had a lovely time staying in the Old Dairy. It‘s a comfortable and well decorated space. All the rooms were clean and the surrounding barns and Farm House made a charming ensemble. We especially enjoyed spotting pheasants from the balcony in the living room every morning. The hosts Robin and Christine were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend a stay in the Old Dairy ! »

« Wonderful stay in well furnished home. Loved open kitchen and big farm house table. Great refrigerator and freezer space. Good supply of plates and glasses. Nice access to beach path. Only recommendation would be to improve sink area in kitchen. Otherwise, bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family. »

« This house was perfect for me, my husband and my sister. We were at a lunch party on Haying Island and we were able to easily drive to Sheffield Park in the light. The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. We tried to set off the dishwasher just the once, but the top shelf was attached by elastic bands and so we didn't risk putting anything there. Had we been going to stay longer I would...

« We were expecting to stay in a 1 bedroom cottage not a room There was no kitchen just a cupboard with a sink and a microwave so no room to be able to cook There was no bed as such just a futon because the room was so small we had to put it together and collapse it every day I was glad to come home »

"J'ai adoré mon court sejour au old ship. C'est un hotel trÚs cosy, avec plein de recoins et d'endroits pour regarder la mer. Il est parfaitement situé sur la plage. Proche des commerces et des animations. C'est l'idéal pour decouvrir Brighton. Les chambres sont confortables et pleines de charme. Vraiment c'était super ! Et le restaurant est delicieux. "
