« The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« More with Expedia. I booked a deluxe rm and paid to Expedia. But the hotel never received the booking and was fully book. Tried to use the Expedia app to communicate with the chat bot. It hangs and never been able to connect for at leasd 10 attempts. The hotel went out of their way to provide.me a spare room. But kt was old ans smells. Worse booking experience I had with Expedia. Money collected upfront with no confirmation from vendor, and non-existent support. »
