« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« Location good. Breakfast is good Room is clean »

« The hotel is fine for staying in but it needs some love and attention. Some investment and a refurbishment would be welcome, the staff were all great, so no complaints there. Just needs a face lift. »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual and spoke very good English. »

« Room very clean, staff very friendly, lobby feel welcome & very nice smell. If go to batam again, for sure i will choose this hotel for my accommodation. »
