« Our stay at Biggin Hall was generally good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful without being ingratiating. Our room was comfortable and clean, but a little tired in parts and could have done with some TLC, more so in the bathroom than in the bedroom. The cold tap on the washbasin was difficult to turn fully off and the whole washbasin could do with updating to a more modern fitment with a mixer tap. « Hôtel bien situé pour une étape. Il est proche de la M1 mais calme et dans la verdure.Les tarifs des repas sont plutôt élevés. Le petit déjeuner est carrément hors de prix. La jeune femme à l'accueil n'est pas du tout souriante et accueillante. Elle n'a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre et ralentir ses explications. Heureusement le lendemain matin les autres personnes étaient beaucoup plus chaleureuses et attentives. »

« The hotel was nicely presented, clean and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was a little shabby and in need of some updating. Some items were mismatched and the toiletries were terrible, but everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Dinner was nice and the service was quick. The lady in the lounge bar who brought our coffee was absolutely lovely - couldn't do enough for us. I wish I'd thought to get her name. I'd definitely stay again. »
