« The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. « Très belle chambre, grand confort et la cadeau de bienvenue était un vrai bonus nous qui adorons le Titanic ! Par contre petit couac, il n’y avait pas de produit d’hygiène dans la salle de bain pour la douche. De plus le petit déjeuner était fermé ce jour là. Mais nous avons été orienté vers un très bon endroit. »

« Lovely, welcoming staff. Very easy to check in at the pub next to the accommodation. Very good location and easy to find. Free parking which is a bonus these days! Stayed for 3 nights in a family room, clean but a little dated. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast was nice and has a lovely kids play area. Overall a pleasant stay. »

« You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls. »

« I stayed the night to attend a local wedding venue. Gemma spoke with me on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived Jason at the check in desk was so kind and moved heaven and earth to get me a room that was ready so that I could change and leave for the wedding. Both staff members were so kind and welcoming and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. »
