« The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »

When I mentioned it to the front desk female representative she said hmmm we never heard that before as if I imagined it. Very poor customer service and I expected more of a respectful approach as ensuring customer satisfaction. This has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding Hampton Inn Hotels.
