« Hot tub was on advertisement of the property, they had filled it in with cement, this was the main reason for booking at the lodge. They never offered anytime of compensation or future discount when I come back. I have stayed at this property for years when coming to visit »

They have truly taken care of everything. Even the fragrance of the towels, their thickness and quality, show the level of attention they put into every detail. I’m almost at a loss for words to describe how beautiful this place is. It’s a hidden gem that is absolutely worth visiting. »

« The room was heavily damaged, several holes in the walls, burn marks all over the bathtub, etc. It smelled as if no one had even cleaned it after the last guest. Nobody was here for check in... I had to call someone and wait for 15 minutes until he showed up. They charged extra for using a debit card AND charged me $5 for the reservation itself. I did not get that back. 1/5 do NOT recommend. »

« What a perfect getaway! The Hobbit House was exactly what we needed to reset for the new year ahead. Finding the home well-stocked with coffee, tea, and staples was a bonus and a nice touch. We enjoyed meeting Randy and walking around the property. Very quiet. We can't wait to see what else he builds. »

« This was our second stay at this property and we were thoroughly happy once again. Since our first stay in September, the owners have installed a fireplace and built a beautiful wooden mantle around it. It was warm and cozy during some very cold evenings. I even used the full kitchen to cook a thanksgiving dinner! This is my go to property every time I visit my son at GMC. »

« Beautiful house with great access to the lake. The neighbors were very friendly. The community boat ramp is not very good at all. I won't use it again. There is a public ramp (Crosby's) located about 10 miles by car and approximately 1 mile by boat, which is very nice. If you are parking a truck and boat trailer at the Cabin, you must be an expert at backing a trailer, as it is very tight. »

The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now.
