« The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again. »

I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie.
