« I will not be staying at the Kahler again. Sadly the office staff wasn’t welcoming and when I asked multiple questions became short with me. Our room was very warm despite turning down the temperature. When we went to take a shower the water pressure was so hard that it hurt our skin and sprayed throughout the bathroo, the tub did not drain and water was up to my ankles. The bathroom fan isn’t functional so everything in the bathroom was even more wet. No shampoo in the bottle. The refrigerator...

« Soap dispensers cumbersome to use hard to read labels. Stayed on fourth floor had elephants checking out at 4:15 am above me-no way normal people could make that much noise for 45 mins Happened next morning with new check in less obtrusive Will definitely request 5th with no one above. Have stayed several times so this was only this stay. Staff is stellar; Linda and Michelle most helpful »

« Nice to stay one night but I wouldn’t stay for a week there »

« Three different rooms - all had old noisy refrigerators. Unplugged from electrical outlet to get to sleep at night. Breakfast is at market rates - not included. Parking at public ramp located next door is also an extra $16 nightly. Enjoyed free transportation to Mayo Clinic for medical appointments. Didn't get to bar but seemed to have a nice happy hour. »

« Very nice suite room, very quiet and restful. Front desk staff were helpful and great in helping us with dinner recommendations »

« Everything was great except for my room smelled like cigarettes mixed with this strong spray that tried to cover it up. I hated how it smelled, if it hadn’t smelled like that I wouldve loved it »

« I had a great stay! I was in town for a convention. The shuttle was extremely helpful when available. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need except for an ice bucket lol. The lobby/dining area is clean, cute and a nice area to hangout. Spyhouse coffee being connected is a huge bonus. Parking is easy and accessible but not included which they state before booking a room so not complaining. My only “complaint” would be...

« Room was awesome! We had the 3 bedroom unit, which had a large and spacious balcony. Plenty of sunlight came through those windows. We couldn’t had had a better room! »

« The room we originally got had a malfunctioning AC unit so they moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the building must be older as we clearly heard people walking in the room above us. and the design of the bathroom door meant it hit the room door if it were in a particular position. Also, the water in the bathroom came out slowly. Breakfast was good, and so was the soup supper offered Sunday thru Thursday. »

« Liked the renovations. »
