« A shuttle run my several hotels is sued and is not frequent. Breakfast coudi be better »

« Breakfast can be improved. Ham was very thin slices for sandwiches that was just heated in the microwave. Cereal options were just 2, not the freshest. »

« Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

« Friendly staff, good breakfast, Caribou and sandwich shop and restaurant in building and connects to Mayo Clinic buildings by subway or easy walking distance. Older but clean. »

« This hotel feels very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was initially assigned a studio room in a separate building behind the main hotel, and the room felt very old and had a strong unpleasant odor. The furniture was worn and outdated, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, and overall the room did not feel fresh or well maintained. I requested a room change and moved to the main tower, which was somewhat better, but unfortunately there was still a noticeable smell in the...

« Check in was straight forward. Staff was helpful. Room clean as well as the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was what you'd expect and was fine. »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....

« Very affordable, pet friendly without making you broke with fees, clean pool and convenient location. The old-school key cards kept failing and we were locked out a lot, but we made it work. Very basic continental breakfast, but the price is right! »

« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »
