« Heather at the front desk gave terrific customer service Her knowledge of the town and places to eat made our stay that much more enjoyable.

« We all had fun in the pool and the hot tub Breakfast was good wasnt packed in there could actually sit in there and eat or go outside and eat at the pinic table. Staff was great »

« Don't stay here if you have high to average expectations for what a hotel should be. This property is in serious need of some TLC. Our room was dirty and run down. The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. « I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for this establishment. Our stay was marred by several issues. The hot tub water had a putrid smell, reminiscent of rotten bleach, and it's evident that the filtration system hasn't been maintained. Sadly, the entire facility appears outdated and neglected. Our morning encounter with a sleeping (snoring!!) staff member at the front desk was also unimpressive, and the pillows in our room had a foul odor.
