« Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!! »

« My partner and I have stayed here a few times simply because it is the most affordable option for the area. However, our most recent stay was not pleasant. The female that checked me in was not personable at all and request to our a change card on file for our stay. I've never been asked to do that before! In addition, the shower in our room is literally bipolar!!! I'd adjust the temp to lukewarm, but it would suddenly go really cold and then really hot... multiple times during my shower! Also,...

« We were there for a wedding and had a 3:00 check in time. They did not have rooms ready for us and even though we were there ahead of numerous other people we had to wait for almost an hour to get into our room. By then it was 3:30… past check in time. The front desk worker was very nice about it all and was trying her best but it was frustrating to wait that long… and to see others that came in after us all get their rooms before us. »
