« Great property and value.This hotel is very newly renovated with beautiful decor in common areas and rooms. The rooms are slightly on the smaller side but beautifully designed with amenities and adequate storage space. Room service was absolutely perfect.The staff was very professional, welcoming and friendly. This property is walking distance from premium shopping, and casual or fine dining. The free parking and low security deposit are a huge plus. My only recommendation is for more of a...

« Nous avons été "balancé" dans l'hôtel d'en face soit disant pour un problème de chambre alors qu'ils ont fait un surbooking, sans aucune indemnité et ils osent répondre à Expedia que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté !!! heureusement j'ai le voucher de leur part pour aller dans l'hôtel d'en face qui n'ai pas du tout au même standing (mais tout de même avec un personnel plus agréable) ! Etablissement à fuir et qui se fou totalement de ses clients et osent répondre n'importe quoi !!!!! »

« Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. »
