« Clean room, nice clean bed and good breakfast. Plenty of parking and pleasant staff (nothing says customer service like staff members say hi to you anytime you walk by. »

« You get what you pay for. »

« Our daughter got married at Pine Knob, and we used this property to host her and her bridesmaids in the lead-up to the ceremony. It suited that purpose beautifully, with guests especially enjoying the variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for eating and visiting with each other. There was plenty of room for getting hair and make-up done, and the house and yard provided many lovely and interesting backdrops for photos. The house was spotless, and there was ample parking and a well-equipped...

« Good location, near de highway and many restaurants very close. Swimling pool, nice rooms, vending machines and laundry. Really affordable. »

« This place is HORRIBLE. Paid 76 dollars for there to be BUGS ON BUGS ON BUGS. They were literally everywhere. My boyfriend and I had to sleep in my car. When we asked the staff for a different room there were bugs in that room also. They said they were aware of the bugs but couldn't do anything to help. Yet still let everybody check in, made no one aware of the bug situation, and had a strict 15-minute no-refund rule once you got the room, even though they knew about the bugs. »

« Nice spot. Room was clean but the bathroom was small. Pool and hot tub was good. Overall a 4 out of 5. »

« We had a great stay! I was concerned before arriving after reading some of the reviews, especially regarding the breakfast. Some said it wasn't there at all, and some left negative comments. I'm not sure about them, but for us, it worked out great. Breakfast is available Monday through Friday, but not on the weekends. There was a great variety and I was surprised at how tasty everything was. We stayed several days so it changed throughout. The scrambled eggs, omelets, and waffles were all tasty....

« Very good »

« Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Ample free parking. »

« Clean room, the staff was very nice and helpful, »

« The hotel was chaotic. Guests put out for being disruptive. Other guests listening to music, hanging out in the lobby at all hours. Running and banging on guest doors early in the morning. It was so bad, I checked out early. The hotel charged me an early departure fee for leaving a hotel that I could get no rest in and felt unsafe. »
