« Room was good size. Only one working elevator made traveling between floors very difficult. The bed was not made after the first night of my stay. The furniture in the main lobby had many stains on them. Had to replace my room card twice during my visit. Will not stay at this hotel again. »

« I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...
