« when I first booked through hotel.com for a non refundable flat, i was wrong on my date. Then i directly called the hotel and they were nice to change the date. They told me they had better room for which i had to pay an extra 60 aud, because they didn't have anymore free rooms.. which was wrong.. the hotel was almost empty. « Stayed there from 2 nights July 2026. The single bathroom drains were blocked and couldn't take a shower or use the vanity without causing a flood. The ceiling above the downstairs toilet leaked on top of our heads...who knows what water that was from? YUCK!!! These problems weren't recent either, we could tell by the mouldly water damaged vanity in the bathroom and also the not very good handyman leaky ceiling patch in the toilet.
