« Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. »

« Ontvangst was zeer slecht, namelijk via een intercom. We werden snel rondgeleid door het huis, gezamenlijk met een ander bezoekend stel. Het huis heeft een gezamenlijk toilet, maar je hebt dan wel een eigen douche. Het bed was verschrikkelijk, het stond op wieltjes en reed steeds weg. Het ontbijt betrof self-service uit de gezamenlijke keuken met een toaster. « We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie »

« Reception check in was smooth and friendly. Consideration of an event being held on a Saturday evening was communicated to us so we were put on the higher level floor (2) so we didn't get disturbedby the noise. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy, ironing board and hairdryer were supplied in the room along with coffee and tea making facilities. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Very reasonable room rates for an extremely comfy and clean hotel. »
