We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. « Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good. Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response. I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter. There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem. The TV only works on WIFI so no TV.
