Waterhead View is situated perfectly to enjoy the view, in close proximity of the local restaurant and pub and within a short walk to the nearest bus stop.

Rooms:  Open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Master bedroom, second bedroom, single bedroom. Family bathroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom 
Kitchen and Utilities:  Electric oven, electric hob,  fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, washing machine
Entertainment:  Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker
Outside:  Balcony and lower terrace.
Parking:  Parking is provided with this property in the Dart Haven Marina Car Park. Please provide your vehicle registration details when booking. 
General:  Wifi provided. Electricity is included in the rental. Electric heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge.
Pets:  A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed. This costs an additional £25 per pet per week. 
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
