Disappointed

Room smelled stale. Air conditioner not working. Fridge not working. Room not kept up. Scratches on walls and tub drainage very slow. Trash in halls and in parking lot. Parking too far from room. Semi parking not lit enough for safety. Beds too small.

This property needs some TLC

Les + : The attentiveness of the staff. The chocolate cookies are always a welcomed treat.
Les - : The bathtub had been resprayed and was peeling. Very small bathroom area. Popcorn ceiling. In general this property needs a renovation.
Situation : N/A
We received a very nice welcoming at reception. Because we are Hilton Honors Diamond members we were given a room on the Excutive Level as well as complimentary breakfast vouchers. I compliment the staff for a job well done. The property is however, is in need of a renovation.

It was ok. The sheets, bed and comforter were excellent!! However, my room wasn't vacuumed! Not even daily. I had crumbs on my floor ( that I didn't leave) that weren't vacuumed!! Tub wasn't cleaned! Floors in bathroom not cleaned daily!!!!

Nice hotel....no bar :(

I booked because in expedia booking said it has a bar lounge when I got there I was told the basic has been closed for. A while.....

Needs Updating

Business travel. Hotel is dated, shower wasn't working, very very dated. I would not stay here if other options were available.

Unwanted 4am Wake Up Call

Woken at up at 4:25am by an alarm clock going off in the room next to me. Due to the paper thin walls at this hotel the alarm was a major impediment to my sleep. I called down to the front desk to have them deal with it and they assured me it would be taken care of, 15 minutes later I called again, the same person I talked to earlier said the room was occupied and they did not answer the phone when called. I had to tell them to send someone down to deal with it. I was shocked that I had to advise a hotel on how to deal with a noise complaint. When it was all said and done it took 45 minutes and two calls for them to do something. Also the building was a bit run down for what I would expect from a Double Tree and they did not keep towels stocked at the pool.

Could be a lot better

Rooms, air con is so loud, the walls are extremely thin. The Hotel is old and needs a good decorating.
