It was ok. The sheets, bed and comforter were excellent!! However, my room wasn't vacuumed! Not even daily. I had crumbs on my floor ( that I didn't leave) that weren't vacuumed!! Tub wasn't cleaned! Floors in bathroom not cleaned daily!!!!

I booked because in expedia booking said it has a bar lounge when I got there I was told the basic has been closed for. A while.....

Unwanted 4am Wake Up Call

Woken at up at 4:25am by an alarm clock going off in the room next to me. Due to the paper thin walls at this hotel the alarm was a major impediment to my sleep. I called down to the front desk to have them deal with it and they assured me it would be taken care of, 15 minutes later I called again, the same person I talked to earlier said the room was occupied and they did not answer the phone when called. I had to tell them to send someone down to deal with it. I was shocked that I had to advise a hotel on how to deal with a noise complaint. When it was all said and done it took 45 minutes and two calls for them to do something. Also the building was a bit run down for what I would expect from a Double Tree and they did not keep towels stocked at the pool.

Rooms, air con is so loud, the walls are extremely thin. The Hotel is old and needs a good decorating.

Don't stay here

Les + : Staff was friendly
Les - : Cleaning staff and Ac units
Situation : By airport. Shopping and good restaurants nearby
Room was dirty. Had mold in the tub. Had to ask for towels, coffee ( before we knew pot didn't work!!) and cups. The AC was very noisy. Paid for executive level, but lounge was closed due to remodel.

Customer Service Is Not Their Specialty

Decent hotel near the airport, but the service was very sub par. The shuttle took an hour to come pick us up. We called multiple times to check on the shuttle and the receptionist had very little information for us and very little empathy as well. Also called to ask for silverware and they suggested we come to the dinning room and get it ourselves. I would not stay here again.
