Hotel is in very good condition, modern facility with reasonable prices and safe and secluded location. Will visit again.....

Les + : The little couch in the room.
Les - : Access to the patio off the room.
Situation : Hidden Gem. Tons of places to eat!
It was hidden off the street. Absolutely amazing to stay at!

Perfect For Sports

We were staying for a baseball tournament, and it was perfect. Tons to eat in the area, Starbucks in the hotel, clean, and comfortable! Already booking again for next tournament! Only minus is there is a dog park across the street. Ask for a room on the other side. They were barking early Saturday morning. Not a big deal, but if you want to sleep late, stay on opposite side!

Booked through expedia and had a guaranteed late arrival. We were paid for 2 days Friday and Saturday. We got there late and were told that our reservation had been canceled by the hotel not expedia. So the room that we reserved and paid for was now full. So the hotel was now being paid twice for the same room? How does that even happen with a "guaranteed late arrival"?? The woman at the front desk cared more about her fingernails and than customer service. She was very rude and I will NEVER be back to this hotel again. I was so mad.. didn't get her name though.

Satisfied, but getting upset abt my bill

Front desk manager Donna is the best! Room was clean, breakfast was nice, location good. Housekeeping needs to learn to knock on the doors before entering since I was staying a 2nd night they knew it was not checkout time. Also not sure why it's taking so long to release my additional money back to my acct...it's been 2 days now!
