‱ Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
‱ Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
‱ No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
‱ Pool and Hot Tub: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
