literie super!! mais,aspirateur inexistant,personnel apparemment sourd!!

literie confortable,seul point positif!! hotel fantome!!très gd hall,mais pas meublé????? après plusieurs appels à la réception,jamais personne ne nous a rappellé!! une bouteille de bière vide était à coté du fauteuil en arrivant et toujours la en partant après 6jours!!les 15millions de transformation soit disant!!! tapis de la chambre multi taches et poussière à gogo!!

Nice location. Shuttle was at airport most of time so we had to Uber a lot. Stuff was so nice!

Easy stress free stay

Situation : Lots of restaurants and shopping withing close proximity.
Everything went very smoothly and easy with our stay, from parking to check in to checking out. The pool area was very nice and was nice and deep. Friendly helpful staff

チェックアウト後、携帯電話の充電器を忘れたので、ロビーに部屋を探して欲しい旨をお願いしたところ、40分ほっとかれた。こちらを気にする様子全くなし。もう絶対泊まらない!!

Neefs improvement in overall condition/management

The bathrooms are tiny with no space, no towel bars so if you're a larger person this is not the hotel for you. Staff could not answer simple questions and needs training. All ice makers on entire 2nd floor not working, had to go to other floors for ice when our room was right next to one. Our room was not cleaned one day of three we stayed and coffee and simple toiletries not even restocked when it was cleaned. Disappointing stay for the price.

First morning, after arriving late, I had no hot water for a shower, that had a jerry-rigged knob. Sure would have been nice before meeting my new Client for the first time. I had a connecting room. I could hear all talking, in the next room, at night. There is no room fan to turn on to drowned out noises. I got in late one evening and was to conscience, of the noise, to listen to the TV. Thurs. morning, at 03:00 am, the next door alarm went off. It took me a bit to realize it wasn't one of my devises. Sounded like it was on my night stand. Other than bring up the hot water issue, I did not complain to the Staff. The Staff did great. Food was fine.

The best customer service!!

Stayed at your DFW airport location because we were catching a flight out early the next morning and they have free parking and shuttle service to and from airport. I have done this with other hotel chains before but this was the first time I have ever stayed at a Doubletree. I was very impressed with the level of service we received and the genuine care they have for their customers. Like I said this was my first Doubletree stay but I can guarantee that in the future when I need a place to stay I will always look to see if a Doubletree is available first.

The staff are really pleasant and helpful and I think that makes this hotel a whole lot better. I didn't try the pool or the restaurant. It's getting a little bit dated for the price.
