« The location was excellent and the house was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The only down side was the cleanliness, dust on surfaces and cobwebs on walls and light fixtures. The upstairs entertainment room also had an overwhelming smell of dog urine. It was just my husband and I so we just avoided that part of the house and connecting bedroom. We did reach out to the management company and they send they would alert their local team. »

« Loved the view of the river and dunes outside the kitchen window. Perfect layout in my opinion and a quick walk to downtown Florence. You can even get to go through Exploding Whale Memorial Park. Right off of the backyard. »

« The owner/manager has supplied the place with everything you may need to have a great visit. The bed was comfortable, as was the seating in the living room If you like to play pin ball or pac man, it’s upstairs Great grassy backyard for our dog to run. It was great being able to park our car in the garage with an entrance into the house. We used Georgie’s for take out, very easy and the food was great. I highly recommend the Aframe for a great getaway »

« The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. »

« Stayed here over New Years with my best friend and my daughter. My brother lives nearby and it was great to have this cozy little place to come back to after a busy day. Most memorable was curling up on the couch listening to the storm outside with the fireplace. Very comfy! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. And having 2 bathrooms was a god send. We were able to host a meal or two and that was fun. »
