The kitchen, complete with custom cabinets and high-quality cookware, invites guests to prepare meals with ease, and you have three areas to dine with guests at the kitchen island, at the indoor round dining table, and at the outdoor dining table on the balcony that offers scenic views of passing dolphins and manatees. In your downtime, relax in the family room, which features a sectional and a large flat-screen TV.

Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds and thoughtful design touches, with the primary ensuite exuding spa-like luxury. Families will appreciate the bunk bed in the third bedroom, along with the convenience of a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the home's washer and dryer, while the half bathroom is located downstairs, featuring adorable flamingo wallpaper that adds a colorful touch to the interior design.

Hunter's Point is a unique and brand-new community with eighty-six single-family luxury homes designed to live in harmony with the environment without sacrificing comfort, each self-generating enough power to run itself. Currently, many new homes are under active construction throughout the community.

Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
There are No pets allowed in this home.

Good property at a good location

New property. Clean spaces and very comfortable. Price is competitive and having a Tesla charger for me was a HUGE plus. Property has a washer and dryer. I think that is not clear on the description. Very happy with our stay

Perfect spot on a private canal

We rented on AMI specifically on the water with access to the bay, and it worked out perfectly! Being able to walk out the door, onto the dock, and into our boat to go exploring the area was exactly what we were hoping for. There are only three bridges connecting the island to the rest of Florida, and it was such a relief to avoid the traffic going over them. The house was ideally located, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Host was communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

Stayed here for almost a week with a coworker. Fairly close to the beach and just a beautiful property! Had a few issues entering and using the Tesla charger. But management was incredibly fast at solving both issues. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Perfect for our long weekend to see the Orioles at Spring Training

We picked this house because it was new, available and pretty close to the beach. Not to mention much cheaper then two hotel rooms. We were very impressed with everything about the house. It was well stocked with just the right amount of things. Having a "welcome" kit n each bathroom and the kitchen were a huge help. No need to grocery shop for 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We were given the wrong code at check in but someone answered my call and we were in the house less then 2 minutes later. The rental company was amazing and responded quickly with texts. Thank you and we WILL be back next year.

Beautiful home away from home! Great location to easily get to the island and beaches, also convenient to amenities on Bradenton. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies, comfortable bedding, towels, and 4 beach chairs. Nice view of canal behind home.

Exactly as advertised but better

Our family had a fantastic stay at this eco-friendly vacation home near Anna Maria Island while our son participated in an IMG sports tournament. The place had a cool, modern vibe with all the luxuries you'd want plus water views and a dock. It felt really family-friendly, with spacious rooms and a laid-back atmosphere. The eco-friendly touches were a nice bonus – ev charger in the garage and other nice amenities. Plus, being so close to the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches made it a perfect spot to relax after the kids' games. If you're looking for a mix of comfort and green living, this place is it. Great for a family getaway!
