« Great location for a leisurely stay in Asheville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer very convenient. Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! Check in and check out super simple! We had a great time here. »

« Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. We love staying downtown and this condo is an ideal location for all the great shopping/dining options Asheville has to offer. The condo was very well furnished with an attention to detail. « Stay was great. Location great. As a regular to Ashville this is probably the favorite Rental location. Ok only thing that didn't meet the description was the EV charger was out of service. »

« Great location! The property was clean and well kept. The host communications were responsive and clear. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Asheville. »

« It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked. »

« The condo was perfect for our mini-vacation--nicely furnished, top end appliances, and a great location near downtown Asheville. We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo! We'd happily stay there again if we return to Asheville. »

« It was a perfect location for our group of 7 adults. Walking distance to downtown Ashville. The living space was comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen came with a few basic cooking pans and utensils..Did not see any kitchen gadgets unless we missed them. »

« Great location for walking. Amazingly quiet in building even though located in the heart of bars and restaurants. Huge balcony overlooking Lexington street. Clean. Everything you need and dog friendly. Would stay again. »

« Location is terrific, quiet and safe. Everything is new, in working order and top quality. Melissa was quick to respond to our questions and requests.Note: 2 bedrooms and bath are on the second floor, steep 14 steps. »

« The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. »
