Coverage from cellphone towers was not that great. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I'm in the area. »

« This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria. »

« We were in town to visit relatives and this apartment fit the bill. Convenient to everything and plenty of parking. Our grandkids were over and enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion I would make is there were not enough bedside tables and lamps and the living room needed a couple of end tables with lamps. The bathrooms could also benefit from an update. But for our needs overall, the apartment was fine. »

« The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. »
