« Look this SPECIFIC property is special. Special in the sense they care about families, couples (especially), groups, singles..... they have regulars for the hotel bar that are locals and if that doesnt tell you something, i dont know what could. Its a hotel, are flaws going to be present? Some places! Other places they care so much it absolutely makes up for any lacking.
