« The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. »

« Great property and easy check-in/out process. I was in town for my HS reunion and this place worked out perfectly. Everything was top quality from the room, amenities, communication, etc. I love that the owners have renovated and repurposed a historic building, giving it new life. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Chillicothe. »

« The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. »

Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. »

« The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

« This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative.
