« This was our first time at Lake Sinclair. We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our large family. Beautiful view and location. A little further from a larger grocery store than we would have liked but we knew that going in. The house with all the amenities made up for it. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Large living area upstairs! Ground level area with large game/theatre rooms with extra bedrooms downstairs gave us a lot of room to spread out. The fenced in back...

« Our stay was great! This place has an amazing yard and dock. Easy access into the water for our kayaks and paddle boards. There are houses close to each other all up and down the lake, but we appreciated that this yard had a bit of privacy and tree coverage from the neighbors. House had everything we needed and then some; even stocked with snacks and sauces, cooking spray, spices, etc. We also appreciated the set up of the living room and kitchen- accommodating for our group of adults. »

« We had a great time and a perfect place for a family and mins from everything. Owner even connected us with a boat rental that brought the boat right to the house. Great holiday place! »

« Property was as advertised. Easy access to the grill at the marina and also to oconee springs park. Literally in the middle. Quiet cove. You will get some leg muscles climbing the hill up to hoise from the dock. Overall was a great stay. »

« We arrived to a clean space and wonderfully roomy outdoor areas, the deck was clean and the dock was hangout ready! We had a wonderful time exploring local hangouts and coming back to the best AC on the lake was a highlight! The beds made for restful sleep, Goldilocks style: just right! Checkout was easy and hassle free! »

« Great place!! Just what we were looking for!! My family and I could not have been happier!! The owners were great and literally thought of everything! Just like mentioned before it’s a little drive if you need food/fishing bait etc., overall our kids had a great ending to their summer!! Thanks Guys!! See you next time! »

« Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Great view and location »

« The house was even more wonderful than we expected. The views were gorgeous and the house had everything we looked for. There were so many sweet little touches like mints by the door and snacks, coffee, creamer, and a s’mores kit. We didn’t get to have a fire in the fire pit this visit, but will definitely be back to try it out when the weather cools off. »
