« We loved the location, the layout, the amenities, and almost everything else. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the refrigerator shelves, kitchen countertops, and bathroom faucets all needed significant cleaning before use. As long as these items are addressed at wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. »

« The Host didn’t communicate that he had a second driveway entrance. He only gave us instructions for one driveway entrance into the rental home. We asked if he had ample space to turnaround and park a truck and boat trailer. He said yes there was ample space. However, that was not accurate. We pulled into the driveway and couldn’t turn the truck and boat around without driving over his plants, bushes and shrubs. It was way too tight to turn around a 20’ bass boat and a crew cab truck. « This is the perfect place to stay for your visit to Warm Springs and Callaway! Lots of room to spread out and it’s just a block from downtown shops and restaurants. This is a nice, clean, and charming updated and remodeled older home with a large yard and plenty of parking. We went to the Little White House and Callaway while we were here and they were both easy and fast commutes. We had a great Christmas celebration with family and we would definitely stay here again. »

« The cottage was nice. No TV or Wifi and service was spotty. We had an issue with hot water being off because of lightning but the reset button was on an outlet in the kitchen. The owner lives on the property, and is always there to help. Very remote but peaceful stay. »

« Tremendously clean and organized cottage. Very comfy. Everything needed for a good time at the lake was provided! Kayak, outdoor games, fire pit, dock, etc. Lee was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. »
