« Perfect cozy cottage!!!! »

« Our trip was so much fun! The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean and beautiful. I loved everything about it. Everything was labeled and so organized. The docks were great. Our teens loved the kayaks and the paddle boat. My son and his family stayed in the Blue Heron and loved their stay also. It was nice to have 2 houses to accommodate our family. We will definitely return next summer. I would highly recommend this cottage. »

« The property had a lot of roaches. It was not really the cleanest place. The pictures are of the linens that were on one of the beds. There is a 4 inch drop from the Living Room into the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is no sign and unmarked. My mom fell and broke her ankle. »

« Place was fixed up nicely, the beds were nice and comfortable. Very convenient for use it is next door to the The Venue and two blocks to the shops in Warm Springs so it made the whole affair very comfortable. »

« Perfect cottage for us. We were in area for fishing on West Point. Easy drive to Pyne Park boat ramp.Good place to park boat on property and access to electrical outlet to charge boat.Double or queen bed downstairs and two smaller futon type beds upstairs.Kitchen and bathroom well equiped.Owners were very friendly and kind people.Close to train tracks, but that did not bother us a bit! Owners are very accomodating. »

« Fantastic outdoor area, plenty of parking. The house lay-out is very family friendly with allowing for multi-family occupancy without feeling cramped. Really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Working with the owner was top notch such a great experience. »

« We had a great stay at this tastefully decorated and cozy little house over the holidays. It is in a great location close to everything without being stuck in the hustle and bustle. The home had everything we needed and I appreciated the extra pillows, bedding and towels in the closet. The living room had a large tv for movies and the family enjoyed card games at the table in the kitchen every night. I also appreciated the tv in the master bedroom.
