« This was a wonderful property for our family of 12! The kids loved the theatre room, the foosball table, and the games. The kitchen was well-equipped. Mattresses were incredibly comfy and bedding was cozy! The house was immaculately clean! Quiet, secluded neighborhood, but still close to shopping and dining options. The host was VERY responsive to questions and very helpful with information. We will definitely book this house when we return to Memphis! »

« My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for our 2nd Mother/Daughters trip. It is in a great location - an easy, short walk to the Orpheum Theater and Beale Street. We felt very safe walking there at night. We ate our meals out but could have cooked in as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms instead of the 1 we shared on the last trip we took. We were able to park both a truck and a car in the 2 car garage. We did not need to do laundry but there is a washer...

« We loved the location of this house. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house is very comfortable and clean. There were minor issues with the kitchen - pots that were burned, cracked mugs, no ice, no coffee filters- overall tho, a great house in a terrific neighborhood. »

« This VRBO is excellent. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the house was clean. It was cold, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, but it looks like a great space for kids to play. Dottie was wonderful to work with; she responded quickly and all of the instructions were clear. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washer and dryer were conveniently located. And it's great to walk in to a basket of snacks! »

« We went to the Memphis Tigers football game and was able to walk to the game due to the excellent location of the house. We ate dinner at Central BBQ and it was right around the corner from the house. We met my son at Staks Pancake and it was only about 15 minutes from our rental. Excellent all around location. »
