« We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We chose this location because it is dog friendly, close to where our daughter lives, and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was cozy, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. The condo complex itself was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Communication with the rental manager was excellent also. We will most likely rent this condo again in the future. »

« What a great place to stay in the Birmingham area! Great access to restaurants and shopping yet tucked away in a beautiful, safe area. Very clean and the floor plan was great for us. We will definitely try to book this again the next time we are in town. »

« Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent. »
