PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two (2) dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable. Please make sure your furry friends are included in your guest count at the confirmation of your reservation. If this is overlooked, we can send an alteration request to reflect your dogs accompanying you.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but they were things we definitely noticed.

Overall a lovely stay. We were able to play games and enjoyed seeing our little grandson.There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed to help make it a bit more comfortable and safe: -ensure chair legs all stable and secure -master shower floor slope improved for proper drainage as water was pooled and stepping into ice cold water on the floor was a little too refreshing for the cold season-light above the stove and sink did not function-maybe add some bake ware so one could bake a batch of brownies or cornbread to enjoy while they are playing games. (The kitchen cookware and bake ware is a little sparse, but there was a good set of dishes and glasses)It was bitter cold the weekend that we were there, and the door to the porch blew open from a bluster wind gust, even though it was locked. The heat was unbalanced- some vents blew warm air, and others had no air movement and it was very cold in the master bedroom. I am very glad there was a heater in the living room- it was very helpful. A few extra blanket would not hurt either. Appreciate all the hangers. Some places have none, and we found this to be very helpful. Also appreciate the quick responses to question or issues. I would definitely stay here again- especially since it is so close to our sons family with our sweet little grandson! Thank you

We needed a place to come and go to the Grandview Medical Center. This adorable condo is perfectly located to easily get to the hospital. There are tons of restaurants and stores very close by. The condo neighborhood was very well kept, quiet, and seemed very safe. The AC worked great. There was a nice outdoor porch with a tree view. There were 2 nice bedrooms - one with an attached bathroom, the other had a bathroom across the hall. The living room was spacious. Large TVs throughout. Great internet with flawless connection. A separate dining with a decent size kitchen. There are stairs down to the condo itself. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the K cup coffee maker and supplies that were awaiting us. Would definitely stay again.
