« What a wondeful Inn this is! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The owners we're super friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Convenient to everything we needed. We had a view of the ocean from our room which was a far walk to a beatifil beach. HIGHLY recommed for an incredible stay. »

« We've spent our holidays in York several times, and this place was just perfect. Close to the beach, clean, welcoming, and fully equipped (a rarity). Steve is a host who really took care of us and was available when needed. We stayed for two weeks and would have stayed two more weeks if it had been possible! Eric et Genevieve »

« It was a last minute trip and so happy I found this house. Beach was close and quiet for an early June visit and Billy restaurant was so close and great food. Will be visiting again. »

« We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished. »

« The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. »

« We loved the property. The house was clean and better than expected. My 90 year old dad who is a carpenter could not stop taking about all the woodwork. The weather was awful but we were able to go the the lake. Must be great in warmer weather »

« The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with anything you may need. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The only complaint I had is there is only one a/c (mini split) in the house. The bedrooms were warm, so we needed to sleep with the doors open to try and keep them cool. »

« Beautiful property and nice location, accessible to all York has to offer. Very walkable couple of days. »

« We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. Clean, well-stocked, warm and comfortable. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, all within a very short distance. Truly a hidden treasure. We hope to return in the near future. »

« Wonderful getaway to the beach in the off season. Very peaceful and comfortable condo! I would rent this again!Note...the ratings asked about a winery which was not a part of this location. I gave it a 5 because everything else for the place and location were great! »

« Petit cottage sympathique, très rustique aurait besoin d'une mise à jour mais pour l'accueil de 4 personnes et animaux c'est parfait! Tout est là! Plage à 1 minute! Note: Plage ouverte aux chiens avant 10h30 et après 17h. »

« Well kept house overlooking the water. Lots of privacy. Well equipped and comfortable. Must have your own streaming services. Very nicely layed out and clean. »

« The house was comfortable, clean and a good size for a family of 5. We loved the location, waking up everyday to have tea by the lake, we roasted marshmellows in the fire pit and we saw 2 loons and heard them calling, it was a peaceful experience! We are hoping to stay there again in the future! »
