« Nice and clean house. Only an 8 minute drive to Moody Beach which we preferred since it's closer and less crowded. Our group of 7 enjoyed the nice backyard setup... especially the pickle ball court! Communications with property manager were quick and simple. Would recommend. »

« We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back! »

« We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for? »

« The rental left a bit to be desired. The interior was nice and comfortable and clean. The exterior was not as expected. There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. There were no lifejackets...

« We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. »
