The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. « Lovely place and stay. We got stuck at the bottom of the driveway after the snow, but with the hosts' help getting the drive plowed and a little elbow grease we got out just fine. We'll have a 4WD by the next time we're up there! »

« It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

« We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip. »

« Overall, the house is very nice and provides for all the basic needs. Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen. Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the kitchen, In general, the kitchen was not adequately equipped. »
