« We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. « We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. « This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. "l'hotel est dans un etat general deplorable, Les chambres sont isalubres ( odeur de tabac insuportable, propreté inexistante, drap plein d'humidité, sale de bain a la limite du fonctionnel) un fauteuil de bureau cassé dans lequel on a aucune envie de s'assoire vu les traces de crasse. Le sol colle sous vos pieds... J'ai failli dormir habillé. Je suis arrivé a 23h je devais rester 5 nuits je n'en n'ai fait qu'une. Les photos sur le site doivent avoir plusieur année car elle ne reflettent pas la réalité de l'hotel"
