« Very clean, great communication with the host even after checking in, lots of space, nice outdoor porch in back to relax outside when the house got hot. You may want to bring some small fans if you're staying in the summer as there's no AC and we were there in 90 degree weather so it got pretty hot inside. All in all, it was a nice place to stay in a convenient location for the Whites and Squam Lake. Couldn't have asked for a more responsive and polite host. The only reason it's not 5 stars is...

« Excellent spot right on the river! We had 6 kids, 4 adults, and the family dog and we all fit in there just fine. Back yard was awesome with games for the kids and a huge fire pit. Close to everything; Cranmore, Center Conway, White Mountains. Clean, easy check-in, and communication with host was a breeze. Will be going back! »

« July 2026 - RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. We arrived to the property and it was absolutely filthy. We took our shoes off and our feet were black within minutes. Every corner of the home had filth build up. Imagine touching kitchen cabinets and they are covered with years of old and new sticky food grime. Plates, cups and silverware all were put away dirty. The appliances are destroyed. The property management company had a "uh, sorry what do you want me to do about...
