« Property was clean and in good working order. Very old inn, guests with mobility issues may have a problem with the stairs (steeper than typical). Pool is great and well maintained, breakfast was delicious every morning, they do have a dog on property (shes very friendly and very cute). We will definitely stay here again. »

« Sutton House is an old Mansion and decorated in that fashion. There is an accessible ramp and an accessible room. It is centrally located near Squam Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee and many outdoor activies. We were warmly greeted and shown our room. Staff is friendly and there is always coffee, tea, and cookies as well as great breakfasts. We had a room in the back of the house and we did not hear traffic. The house itself was so quiet and the curtains can be pulled to make it dark. There is a pool...
