« We truly enjoyed our stay at the house in Memphis during our week at the convention. The location was extremely close and convenient, which made getting back and forth so easy. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again. »

« My 3 adult daughters and I stayed here for our 2nd Mother/Daughters trip. It is in a great location - an easy, short walk to the Orpheum Theater and Beale Street. We felt very safe walking there at night. We ate our meals out but could have cooked in as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Loved that there were 2 1/2 bathrooms instead of the 1 we shared on the last trip we took. We were able to park both a truck and a car in the 2 car garage. We did not need to do laundry but there is a washer...

« The house was beautiful. Our gps failed us but it was no fault of the home, but it was perfect for our girls trip. We were all taking pics for inspo in our own homes. The primary bedroom was HUGE!!! We loved the back porch with the swing and ceiling fan. Our only regret was having to leave and come back home so soon, if ever in Memphis we’d absolutely book again! »

« The house is darling! Some food savers and more mixing bowls would be nice. Great pots and pans.The neighbors have barking dogs, but they are not outside all the time. As darling as the house is, the electrical outlets in the living room and dining room are only 2-prong outlets and not upgraded like the rest of the house. If you have a laptop, you have to charge it in a bedroom. This was a significant disadvantage for us. »

« The location was perfect. Close to all the restaurants and shops at Overton Square. I slept like a baby every night in the comfortable bed. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Plenty of room to spread out and a great kitchen. Owner was super fast with communication. It was a great retreat and getaway. »

« This was a wonderful property for our family of 12! The kids loved the theatre room, the foosball table, and the games. The kitchen was well-equipped. Mattresses were incredibly comfy and bedding was cozy! The house was immaculately clean! Quiet, secluded neighborhood, but still close to shopping and dining options. The host was VERY responsive to questions and very helpful with information. We will definitely book this house when we return to Memphis! »

« The house is a lovely older home built probably around 1900-1925. It has large rooms, lots of character, and plenty of space. It is evident care has been taken to update it. However, that being said, this is Memphis and not all areas of Memphis feel safe. All of the reviews I had read for this home were good, but the area just was not for me and my family. Obviously, previous guests have not had a problem, so maybe it was just us, but we chose to go to a hotel. »
