« The owner was very accommodating to us and had great communication from the beginning! The house was beautiful and clean, it looked exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend to anyone we had an overall amazing stay and will book again! »

« As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that...

« This stay really exceeded my expectations. It was a lot better than I expected: very clean and well stocked. The lake was really fun for my kids with a beach and floating island. Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. »

« Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!! »

« Perfect location for attending an e ent at Coca-Cola Amphitheater or Protective Stadium. The walk to Amphitheater 2.5 blocks. House was beautiful decorated with all of the needed amenities. Highly recommend if staying in the area for events. »

« Rustic lake cabin with beautiful views of the Coosa river which looks like a huge lake. Comfy beds and from your pillow in the main suite you can see a panoramic view of the moons reflection dancing across the water. Solid dock on the water, lots of trees and birds to watch. Not fancy but definitely charming. Fantastic back porch w/ plenty of rocking chairs, large table. & porch swing. It’s like going back in time. »
