« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« We loved the location, easy on/off highway 101 and only 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do! Stayed with 4 adults, the 2 beds and 2 baths was perfect and the separation of the rooms great for privacy. Beds were comfortable and the house was quiet and clean. Few things to note that can be easily fixed/updated: the dining chairs were a little loose just need a screwdriver to tighten them.
