We had to call back multiple times downstairs until she finally was able to move us to the 5th floor. This was all in the late night/early morning hours and very inconvenient.

« The hotel is new and it is evident but the service here is the worst I have had for any Hilton property. John or Johnny at the front desk is horrible. I had prepaid my booking already yet charged me for my room as a new booking then noticed it was already paid, luckily I have funds on my CC but that’s a big mistake.
