The location is good in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Rivermark shopping center, which features a nice Safeway and various restaurants, and it's about a 30-minute drive to major universities in the area. « I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed »

« The house is well located near the rose garden neighborhood of San Jose and convenient to the Westfield Valley Fair mall and Santana Row where shops and restaurants are located. Clean interior design and easy flow of rooms, abundant roses in bloom in the front and back yards. Quiet neighborhood, safe, with garage parking for one car. Your home away from home! »

« The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only downfall to this experience was the parking. Street parking got congested very quickly and sometimes would be a long walk to the house. I did communicate this to the owner in which they were able to let us use one side of the driveway, so that was nice of them. »
