« Multiple vehicle break ins overnight. Hotel has no security cameras as they state that the parking lot is a shared lot with Applebee's. They also have no security guards on duty to help prevent break ins. They state that the hotel does not officially offer parking. That it is public parking only. Hotel and manager on duty made no attempt to offer accommodations. Only gave a general email address. To file a complaint. »

« L’hôtel commence un peu à dater mais il reste propre et confortable. Les chambres sur le devant sont un peu bruyantes (circulation sur w Hamilton. Le réfrigérateur du coin cuisine est également très bruyant. Nous avons du l’arrêter pour la nuit. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects. »

« We chose this hotel for its location close to our friends’. It looked brand new, the room was big and very clean. The only « complaint » would be about the very noisy a/c unit but earplugs solved the problem. »

I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams. 2 minor concerns: - the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect ! - arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like...

« Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. « Clean room, cozy room, great amenities, good location downtown but not in the middle of it all. 10 min drive to the airport and there is a bus that picks up right next to the hotel that can take you to the mall and restaurants very easily. Definitely a great place to stay for solo travelers. »
