The location is stunning, with a beautiful redwood tree right outside that makes the whole place feel peaceful and special.Joe and his entire family were wonderful, thoughtful, and incredibly welcoming. Everything worked exactly as it should, and I was very grateful to have stayed there.I highly recommend making the drive to the nearby state parks while you are there. « Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor.
