About 7 to 15 minutes drive from most attractions: San Jose Airport, SAP Center, Avaya Stadium, SAn Jose Downtown, Caltrain/Diridon Station, Levi Stadium, SJ state university, Santa Clara university, Malls. Santa Cruz 35 minutes, San Francisco airport- 45 minutes. Close to major freeways I-280, I-880, US-101.

The 500 square foot detached cottage is a fully furnished living unit with independent entrance. The cottage is suitable for two people but it could sleep up to four people with a queen size bed, a single bed and a pull out queen size sleeper sofa bed.
Beautifully decorated with one bedroom, a full kitchen and living room area that is combined. 55 inch TV with built in Roku, Netflix to watch movies, a sofa to relax and a desk for work.
A dining table set for four people to enjoy dinner, fully equipped kitchen with stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glassware, and basic cooking necessities like spice, salt, sugar...

A tiled all around bathroom with over sized shower provided with shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, hair dryer, fresh bath towels, wash cloth.

A free assigned parking space on our shared driveway ( street parking also available at no fee)

Only registered guests will be allowed stay at the property. Guests that is NOT on the reservation are not allowed to stay in the property.
Maximum Capacity is four (4) people at all time in the property.
NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or in the backyard.
No Pets allowed. ( violated this rule will result a fine for extra cleaning)
Please do NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property( any suspicious activities will be reported to police and asked to leave the property immediately)
Quiet hours are between 9:30pm to 8:00am.
Guests understand and accept that there are security cameras outside of the property.
By completing a reservation through VRBO you agree to stay at our property on your own risk. You agree not to hold the homeowner liable for any injury that may occur while on the premises, and the owner is not responsible for any lost or damage to your personal items. You agree to release and waive the property owner and to not sue the owner, their staff or employees from any and all demands or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury while on the premises.
