« House was nice, loved the fire pit, plenty of room for the 7 of us to relax and enjoy the area. »

« Enjoyed my stay. Went to several beaches nearby. Pvt beach right up the street. Host was friendly and responded to messages quickly. »

« The Boathouse was delightful. The property was clean and well situated. It was well appointed and very clean, with everything we needed and nicely decorated. The communication from the property owner was timely and accurate. We had a lovely time and plan to stay here again as we enjoy this area of Michigan very much. »

« Made last minute decision to get out of town, owner very accommodating. Loooved the house, close walk to beach, beautiful beach. Everything you could possibly need in the house. Neighbors very nice. »

« Beautiful home. Big deck. Loved views of the lake. Three small parks with lake access to the lake a short walk away. There was plenty of sleeping space. Very nice kitchen. Could have used more towels. »

« Another wonderful week on Lake Huron at Hoff Cottage. Clean and spacious this is a great place for families to enjoy. Water level was low this year making for a larger beach to explore and look for rocks and lake glass. We will be back. »

« Our stay was great! The beach on the property has a lot of rocks, the doggos loved it! We headed down the road for a nice sandy beach for the little ones.Property has everything you need, surprisingly very clean for such an old house. We would definitely return. »

« Beautiful place »

« Host was helpful. Minutes by foot from downtown and the beach. Weather was cool. House was comfortable. Kitchen had gas stove which was intimidating to us. Bathroom and large bedroom was on main level. Windows on main level were left unlocked, but the host said crime was low there. We locked them anyways. Two windows would not lock at all, notified host. Visit with family and friends was more relaxing than meeting at a restaurant. Very proud of my hometown. My husband did notice cobwebs...

« The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for the whole family. Everyone loved the hot tub! The location was great, with the market and beach just a 2 min drive away. Would definitely bring the family again! »

« Lisa was a fantastic host and responded right away to any questions I had. She even has a special gift for my girlfriend's birthday when we arrived. The tiny house/cottage was brand new condition, very clean and fully stocked. Check in and out was a breeze. There are so many beaches within a few miles either way which we explored. Definitely will return. »
