North Bound 25 is a shared lakefront property with five individual cottages. While your cottage is private, the outdoor spaces—including the beach, lawn, and fire pits—are shared with other guests. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax, spread out, and enjoy the lakefront experience respectfully.

*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $39 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
